Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to most serviceable locations across India.

Some remote or non-serviceable pin codes may not be eligible for delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before you place your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or our website, depending on the availability of the courier service.

Delivery Attempts

The courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts. Please ensure that your phone number and delivery address are correct and that someone is available to receive the package.

For COD orders, repeated refusal or failure to accept the order may affect our ability to accept future COD orders.

Delayed Delivery

If your order is delayed beyond the stated delivery period, please contact our customer support team. We will check the shipment status and assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including your name, phone number, house/building number, area, city, state and PIN code.

We may not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
